IN PURSUIT OF JUSTICE

                           FOR BILLY CROWDER

"We as a jury believe the judge, Robert L. Russell III, was extreme in the sentencing of Billy Crowder....In our eyes life plus 10 was unfair.  We had hoped Billy Crowder would serve a sentence which would allow him to get psychiatric help.  Therefore what life he has left could be as normal as possible.  Though Billy Crowder did commit a crime, he is not a harsh criminal."

To date, Billy Crowder has been incarcerated for 4,193 days.
He is currently serving the life sentence handed down by Judge Robert L. Russell III.
Billy's first appearance before the State Board of Pardons and Paroles is in April of 2012.
If parole is denied, he could face up to another 8 years in prison before his case is reconsidered.
